Once it's designed an average site won't cost much to maintain - as little as nothing if you rarely make changes.
You
can have loads of email addresses, weekly uploads of new stuff to your site if
needed, password-protected areas, search engine submission, visitor statistics
etc etc .........
There's little else to tell really. If you're not sure thisonly can arrange for one or more happy clients to give you a call. At the risk of sounding big-headed, it could be any one of them.
